Eating Whole Foods
Just as the human body has no unnecessary parts, from head to toe,
there is nothing wasted in living things, whether vegetables, grains, meat, or fish.
From roots to leaves, seeds, and skins in vegetables, and from head to tail in fish,
eating foods whole has long been considered beneficial for health.
With grains as well, eating everything except the outer husk provides nourishment.
